To make crunchies for an ice cream cake, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Cookies or graham crackers: You can use any type of cookies or graham crackers that you like. Some popular choices include chocolate wafers, graham crackers, or Oreos.
  • Sugar: Sugar adds sweetness to the crunchies and helps to bind the ingredients together.
  • Butter: Butter adds flavor and helps to hold the mixture together.

To make the crunchies, you will need to crush the cookies or graham crackers into fine crumbs, either using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients for Ice Cream Cake

2 l chocolate ice cream
150 g caramel drops or Caramac
200 g butter biscuits
60 g butter
150 g mini marshmallows
150 g chocolate drops
chocolate syrup to taste

Instructions

Remove the chocolate ice cream from the freezer and leave to thaw for 30 minutes. Put the biscuits in a bag and seal it. Now roll over them with a rolling pin or a bottle until the biscuits are crumbled. Alternatively, of course, you can do this in a chopper. Place the butter in a bowl in the microwave (or in a saucepan) on a low setting until liquid. Add the biscuits and mix everything together thoroughly. Pour the biscuit mixture into the springform pan and line it. This is best done with the back of a tablespoon. Chill the springform pan.

Break the Caramac into small pieces if necessary. Then place the ice cream in a large bowl and carefully stir with a wooden spoon until smooth. Now stir in generous halves of the marshmallows, the chocolate drops and the caramel drops or Caramac. Pour the mixture onto the base of the springform pan. Let everything freeze for about 1 hour.

Take out the ice cream bomb. Now rinse a knife under hot water and run it along the edge of the cake once so that the ring comes off nice and easily. Now decorate: mix all the remaining sweets in a bowl and spread them out from the centre. Now drizzle the chocolate syrup criss-cross over the decoration. Freeze the cake for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
