Vegan Double Chocolate Muffins, prepared with simple ingredients, in a single bowl, ready in less than 30 minutes! These vegan chocolate chip muffins surprise with fluffy, fluffy dough and a liquid, sweet center.
Ingredients for Vegan Double Chocolate Muffins:
4 tbsp oat milk
2 tbsp. coconut oil
4 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp flour
6 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
16 pieces vegan chocolate chips
4 tbsp applesauce
For the vegan chocolate muffins, first preheat the oven to 350 °F top and bottom heat and line a muffin tin with paper cases or grease with butter.
Now mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar and cocoa powder in a large mixing bowl.
Then, in a separate bowl, mix the liquid coconut oil with the oat milk and add the applesauce. Now add the mixture to the flour mixture, stirring constantly, and mix well.
Now fill each well one third full with the batter. Place two chocolate chips in each and cover with the rest of the batter.
Bake the muffins for approx. 12 minutes in the preheated oven and serve immediately warm.
