This Swedish Chocolate Cake recipes a moist chocolate cake that is very easy to prepare and indescribably good.
Ingredients for Swedish Chocolate Cake:
2 pcs eggs
250 g sugar
100 g butter or margarine
150 g flour
45 g cocoa powder
1 pk vanilla sugar
1 pinch of icing sugar, for sprinkling
First preheat the oven to 350 degrees (top and bottom heat) and grease a springform pan (24 cm) with a little butter.
Now put the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl and beat until frothy. Melt the butter and add to the egg mixture.
Mix the flour with the cocoa powder and stir into the egg-butter mixture.
Then pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes – the cake should be nice and crispy on the outside and still sticky in the middle.
Then take the cake out of the oven, remove from the tin and sprinkle with icing sugar.
