Sultana Cake

Sultana Cake

Ingredients for Sultana Cake Recipe:

3 eggs
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 water glass measure of oil
1 teaspoon of sultanas
1 glass of water Milk
2.5 cups of flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 pack of vanilla

To grease the cake tin:
1 tablespoon of butter


Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla for three to four minutes.

Then add oil and milk and continue whisking.

Sift and add flour and baking powder. Make the mixture homogeneous without whipping too much.

Finally, add 1 tablespoon of flour and grapes to the mortar. When you do it this way, the sultanas are evenly distributed all over the place and do not sink to the bottom.

Take your greased baking mold.

Bake in a preheated 350°F  oven for 30-40 minutes without opening.
