Ingredients for Keto Mug Cake Recipe:
A handful of blueberries
1 tsp butter, soft
2 tbsp almond flour
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp xylitol
3 tbsp. milk
1 pinch salt
Whisk the egg with the milk and butter.
Mix the remaining dry ingredients first and then add to the egg and mix well.
Pour the batter into a cup and cook in the microwave at 800 watts for approx. 2.5 min.
