Keto Lemon Cake

Fruity, clean Keto Lemon Cake with light vanilla flavor.These delicious low carb recipe are gluten free and sugar free. Perfect for the tea party or coffee break!

Keto Lemon Cake

Ingredients for Keto Lemon Cake:

For the cake:
30 g almond flour
60 g coconut flour (can be exchanged for almond flour if necessary)
2-3 scoops vanilla protein powder (depending on how vanilla you want it)
200 ml almond milk
200 g quark
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
2 egg whites
2 lemons 1 tbsp juice & the zest of the lemons

For the frosting:
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2-3 tbsp almond milk
2 tbsp powdered sugar
a little water

Method:

Preheat the oven to 350° top and bottom heat.

Mix the ingredients for the cake and put them in a greased tin.

Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes.

For the frosting:
Mix the ingredients together to a thick consistency and pour onto the cake.
