These hazelnut brownies are a flavor and texture lover’s dream. Keto Double Chocolate Brownies are moist and captivate with the delicious crunch of hazelnuts. They’re low-carb, healthy, and sugar-free despite the rich and decadent flavors!
Ingredients for Keto Double Chocolate Brownies:
150 gram butter
100 gram xylitol
100 grams Greek yoghurt
100 grams almond flour
1 packet cream of tartar baking powder
60 grams low-carb dark chocolate
40 grams chopped walnuts
40 grams chopped almonds
40 grams macadamia nuts chopped
Cream the butter with the xylitol and gradually beat in the eggs.
Mix in the yoghurt, almond flour, baking powder and melt the chocolate over a hot water bath.
Stir the chocolate into the batter together with the nuts.
Pour the mixture into a square springform pan measuring 20 cm x 20 cm lined with baking paper and preheat the oven to 350°F.
Bake the brownies in the fan oven for 28 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cut and serve with a scoop of low carb ice cream and strawberry enjoy.
