Keto Chocolate Mousse

Keto Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients for Keto Chocolate Mousse:

2 small avocado (330 – 350g)
50g raw cocoa powder*
50g sugar-free chocolate drops or 50g chocolate (min. 80%)
2 tbsp liquid sweetener
5 tbsp milk of your choice
Mark of a vanilla pod or 1 tsp vanilla extract


Get a blender ready.

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh. Put the flesh into the blender.

Now add the raw cocoa. Mix the avocados and the raw cocoa.

Then melt 50g of sugar-free chocolate drops in the microwave or over a hot water bath. Add the melted chocolate to the mixture.

Now gradually add the liquid sweetener and the milk.

Finally, add the pulp of the vanilla pod to the mixer and mix everything thoroughly.

Now divide the mixture evenly between 6 dessert glasses.
