Keto Chocolate Cheesecake

In fact, is there a better combination than chocolate, almonds, and raspberries? We are sure this combination is perfect! That’s why we made Keto Chocolate Cheesecake.

Keto Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients for Keto Chocolate Cheesecake:

For the base:
90g almond flour
60g butter
1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
0.5 tsp cinnamon
8 drops stevia
1 pinch of salt

For the filling:
450g cream cheese
150g sugar substitute
2 egg
120g sour cream
1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
90g 99% chocolate
1 pinch of salt

Instructions:

For the base:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter and mix well with the remaining base ingredients.

Pour the mixture into a square cake tin and press down well.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.

For the filling:
Beat the cream cheese and sugar substitute with a mixer until creamy.
Add the sour cream, pinch of salt and the two eggs and beat again until creamy.

Melt the chocolate, stir in the cocoa powder thoroughly and mix the chocolate mixture into the egg cream mixture.

Bake for about 50 to 60 minutes.

Put in the fridge for at least 2 hours, better overnight, and only then lift out of the cake tin and cut into 8 pieces.

Garnish with raspberries before serving.
