Chocolate banana cake is a quick cake that can be prepared with very little effort. However, this Keto Banana Cake recipe impresses with its absolute juiciness and enticing flavors.
Ingredients for Keto Banana Cake:
150 gram soft butter
100 gram xylitol
2 ripe bananas mashed
2 tablespoons mascarpone
200 grams almond flour
1 packet cream of tartar baking powder
2 tbsp double de-oiled cocoa
1 pinch cinnamon
1 small pinch ground nutmeg
3 tablespoons milk
1 banana halved
Blend all the ingredients except the halved banana in a food processor on the highest setting for at least 5 minutes.
Pour the batter into a 25 cm x 12 cm loaf tin lined with baking paper.
Top with the halved banana, let it sink in slightly, and preheat the oven to 350°F.
Bake the cake on the middle shelf at top and bottom heat for 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cut while still warm, serve and enjoy.
