This Healthy Birthday Cake cake tastes great, and I baked it as a vegan version. Chocolate cake has a sinful flavor, but is completely free of flour and white sugar.
Ingredients for Healthy Birthday Cake:
100 g Haferflocken glutenfrei alternativ Mehl oder Nüsse
50 g gemahlene Mandeln alternativ Haselnüsse
50 g Kakao Backkakao ungezuckert
1,5 TL Backpulver
1 Prise Salz
120 ml Mandelmilch
100 g Apfelmark ungezuckert
85 g Reissirup alternativ Ahornsirup
70 g Kokosöl
90 g dunkle Schokolade 80% Kakaoanteil
1 TL Kokosöl
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees top and bottom heat. Grease a 20 cm springform pan and line the bottom with baking paper.
Grind the oat flakes into oat flour in a food processor. Mix the ground oats, nuts, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Warm the coconut oil slightly so that it becomes liquid. Also warm the almond milk slightly. Mix the coconut oil, almond milk, apple pulp and sweetener together. Fold the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake the chocolate cake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf for about 30 minutes. Remove and leave to cool.
Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath along with the coconut oil. Decorate the cake with it and decorate with fruit as you wish.
