Dog Birthday Cake
Is it your dog’s birthday? Then he might get a new toy as a present. To celebrate, you can also bake a delicious dog biscuit or a Dog Birthday Cake for him. It’s not that difficult. Here are three recipes that your four-legged friend is guaranteed to enjoy.

400 gram spelt flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs
125 grams grated Emmental
150 millilitres lactose-free milk
75 millilitres sunflower oil
Ingredients for the decoration
1 courgette
a little extra oil
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put the flour in a large bowl and mix in the baking powder. Then add the grated cheese, eggs, milk and oil and mix well with a mixer.
Rub a round cake tin with a little oil and pour the batter into the tin. Bake the cake for 50 minutes and then let it cool for about ten minutes before removing it from the tin.
Then cut the courgettes into thin slices and fry them in a pan with a little oil. Finally, top the dog biscuit with the fried courgette slices. Voilà, the delicious and healthy birthday cake for your dog is ready!
