120g brown sugar
125g softened butter
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
220 grams of flour
1/2 packet baking powder
75 g ground almonds
180 g chocolate chips
Nutella or other chocolate cream

Instructions

Put the sugar, butter, vanilla sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until fluffy.

Now sift in the flour and baking powder and stir in the ingredients. Finally, add the ground almonds and chocolate chips to the batter and stir them in with a spoon. Don’t be surprised: the dough will be rather firm.

Line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper and grease the rim with butter. Preheat the oven to 350°F top/bottom heat.

Spread half of the dough over the base and press firmly. Now spread Nutella on the dough layer as you like, but leave about 1 centimeter free all around the edge.

Now put the rest of the dough on the Nutella layer. It is best to take small pieces of the dough, flatten them in your hand and spread them on the cake until everything is covered.

Bake the chocolate cookie cake in the hot oven for about 30 minutes. Then take out the mold and let the cake cool down.
