Everyone loves these Chocolate Muffins! So quick and easy to prepare and incredibly moist – this is our popular chocolate muffin recipe.
Ingredients for Chocolate Muffins:
125 g soft butter
150 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
200 g dark chocolate
200 g flour
4 tbsp. baking cocoa
1 pinch of salt
2 tsp baking powder
175 ml milk
Mix the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in the eggs. Coarsely chop the dark chocolate. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the flour with the cocoa powder, salt and baking powder. Add the flour mixture with the milk to the butter and sugar mixture and mix well. Fold in about two thirds of the chopped chocolate.
Line the troughs of a muffin tin with ramekins. Using an ice cream scoop, divide the batter between the cups. Spread the remaining chopped chocolate on top of the muffins. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes.
