My favourite basic recipe for fluffy, moist and visually great muffins.This Chocolate Chip Muffins recipe is quick and easy! Perfect for any occasion and super tasty!
Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Muffins:
75 g butter, soft
60 ml sunflower oil
220 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
120 g sour cream
390 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
200 g chocolate drops
175 ml milk
Whisk the soft butter with the oil, sugar, vanilla, salt and eggs. Stir in the sour cream as well.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and baking soda. Add the flour mixture. Do not stir too long or the muffins will be dry. Then fold in the chopped chocolate.
Pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper. Bake in the preheated oven at 330° convection oven for approx. 20 to max. 25min until golden brown. Then carefully remove from the tin and place on a wire rack.
