Ingredients for Chocolate Brownie Recipe

200 g dark chocolate
125 g butter
1 sachet vanilla sugar
3 eggs
200 g brown sugar
150 g wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
a little butter for the mold


Preheat oven to 175 degrees top/bottom heat. Grease a small baking tray (28.5×23 cm) well. Melt about 150 g of the dark chocolate with the butter in a small saucepan. Allow to cool slightly.

Beat eggs with vanilla sugar and brown sugar. Add chocolate mixture. Combine flour with baking powder, salt and cocoa powder and stir into egg mixture. Chop remaining chocolate and fold into batter. Pour the batter into the tray, smooth it out and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. 1 tray yields approx. 12 brownies.
