If I only have one guest for coffee (i.e. myself), then I like a Chocolate Brownie Mug Cake – a flash cake from the microwave.
Ingredients for Chocolate Brownie Mug Cake
4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp oil (no flavour)
2 tbsp water
a pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients together well in a large cup so that the mixture is as homogeneous as possible.
Microwave the mixture at 600 to 800 watts for about one minute, watch.
Allow to cool briefly, serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
