Banana Oatmeal Muffins

These Banana Oatmeal Muffins are not only delicious, but also healthy. They are sugar-free and therefore perfect as breakfast muffins or as a healthy snack in between meals.

Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients for Banana Oatmeal Muffins:

200 g fine oat flakes
225 g yoghurt Greek or natural yoghurt
2 ripe bananas
2 large eggs
2 tbsp honey or xylitol
2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt

Method:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Put half of the oats and all the other ingredients in a blender and blend until you have a homogeneous mixture without lumps.

Stir in the remaining oats.

Pour the batter into the muffin tins and bake for approx. 25 – 30 minutes.
